We live our lives believing that if we can't show up the same way every day - if our energy, our focus, our words, our capacity changes - it means something is wrong with us.

Take me for instance.. 
Some days, I am bright and fast and full of words. I feel like I can take over the world.
Other days, I need more silence, more slowness, more space and everything feels heavy.
None of these days are wrong. 
I used to feel guilt and shame when yesterday's "yes" turned into today's "maybe" or "no". In time, I came to recognise the fact that it is just me responding honestly to my current needs. And that honesty is worth far more than performative sameness ever could be.
So here's my small, powerful rebellion against the idea that we must flatten ourselves into something steady and neat in order to be worthy..
